Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

Carlos, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative throughout our experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with the finance manager, Cesar, was disappointing. He did not take the time to explain our options and abruptly ended the phone call when we requested more information before moving forward. His comment—“too bad we couldn’t do business”—felt dismissive, especially given the significance of the transaction. We have just bought our third vehicle in just over 1 year from Noah and everything is done efficiently and great prices on my trade-in. The service department after the sale has been super and the mobile service comes to my house. Great dealership and salesmen Noah.

I found a Jeep online that was at Ford Autonation. I came in, took a test drive. Looked at the vehicle. They gave me a car fax. I haggled a little with the salesman and settled on a reasonable monthly payment. Signed papers and drove off. I had to come back right away because there was a misfire. But they gave me a loaner car and replaced the spark plugs. A few days later, there was a problem with the AC compressor and they replaced it at no cost since I was still within my grace period. They all were very friendly and customer service oriented. I'll go back next time I'm looking for another vehicle.

Christian was very easy to work with and worked hard to get a great deal for me. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking for. Brittany in Finance was easy to talk to ans made the process very quick.

This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Mullinax of NSB. Our salesman, Jack T, was phenomenal. He answered all our questions, and was never pushy or overbearing. He was even patient enough with us to help us with purchasing a new truck over a used one. We do love our new truck, and the better interest rate the manager was able to get. The truck itself, being brand new (2024) had swirls in the paint all over the truck, and several scratches and scuffs in the interior and the exterior on one of the mirrors. I haven’t had the chance to detail it myself yet to see if some marks on the paint will come off or if those are scratches/chips too. I noticed most of them before we left the parking lot with our new truck. Jack asked that we take pictures to document anything else we found. We are waiting to have some accessories installed per the manager for the damage found.

Came in to browse and left with a new car, not due to pressure from anyone but because of great prices and the absolutely fantastic service of Nelson and the rest of the team at Mullinax Ford. Dealership came highly recommended from friends who had used them before, and they did not disappoint.
