While I admit service in the past has been slow, They have brought in a whole new managment team for both service and sales. My most recent experiences here have been nothing short of awesome. They staff is friendly and you can tell they genuinely want to be there. I will keep coming back.

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

Recently, I purchased a used Ford Edge from Bergstrom Ford of Neenah.I actually did stop and shop other car dealers from Rosemont, Mn. to include Baldwin, Wisconsin and Neenah,Wi. The assistance I received from the team at Bergstrom and the fact that this Edge was Gold Certified with the Blue Advantage was very much an aid in our decision to purchase our vehicle here. Our sales associate was very helpful and showed us the cars in stock. Nail Yetim (first name pronounced Niles) was very friendly and the entire team in the show room made us very comfortable, my dog enjoyed the visit, " he is a service dog" and enjoyed a treat. I absolutely love this dealership! We have been purchasing our vehicles there for years and also getting them serviced there. I see the inside of the building when I buy my vehicles and then pretty much don't again until I am looking for a new one because they come to my house and pick up my vehicle every time I need it serviced and drop it back off. We purchased a 2024 Luncoln Nautilus with 5k miles. We needed to bring it back for some minor items. Bergstrom said it would take a full day and they didn't have a loaner available. Ally suggested that Bergstrom pick up the car from my residence. WOW! That was above and beyond. Ally also texted me periodically throughout the day to let me know the service progress. I appreciated this because then I could have an idea of when my vehicle would be returned. Ally texted me when the driver left Neenah and in 20 minutes, our Nautilus was in our driveway. Shout out to Matt N for his salesmanship as well!
