I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I really like the eco boost makes the truck get up and go and the ride is smooth and comfortable and has a lot of functionality inside and outside the vehicle and I really like the style of the inside and outside of the truck this truck drives great

Very friendly and service was awesome the service my truck needed was done a day earlier than expected which was great less time I needed a rental.

Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.

Love that the sales personnel are salaried & not following you around or pushing you to purchase a car.

It was on Saturday Memorial weekend. I spoke with Bob, who was very kind. I dropped my car off that evening. My car was seen in a timely manner, considering the holiday. I drove all the Mid-size Trucks in January. For me at 5' 10" @ 170lbs. with a bad back, the 2024 Ford Ranger was the one I bought. Never owned a Ford. Have owned 5 Toyotas and hated the newest Gen. Tacoma. The Ranger 2.3L Turbo is proven (10 plus years now) and I like this 10 speed Auto. Getting 21-22 mpg around Town and hit 27 mpg on the Highway going 80 mph. Sweet. Best Interior of anything I drove. The Seats sealed the deal for me though with this bad back of mine. Amazing. This is the cheapest Ranger I could find in a 4X4 with Tow Package at $38500.00 sticker price. Paid $36 ish. Your opinion may vary, but don't rule out a Ford Ranger. 2 months in I know I made the right decision................

I’ve now bought two cars at Salem Ford. They are a class act. Both times the salesperson was top notch, most recently Mike “Salty” Saltman. The GM Armando Rodrigues was especially kind as well. I knew him as a youth playing baseball and basketball with my boys. What a fine and accomplished person he has become Will do business here forever

I have replaced my 2010 Ford Ranger XL for a 2020 Ranger XL and have found all of the improvements well worth it. I did install a third party Cruise Control and a Tonneau Cover and the truck runs great at highway speed for long distances with plenty of comfort. I wanted a Supercab for its 6.1 foot bed as I do not carry passengers and the space behind the seats is more than adequate for cargo. Having hands free blue tooth phone, rear backup camera shows up in rear view mirror, bed liner, allows USB sticks to play my considerable music collection and 4 wheel drive are all features I didn't have but wanted. This is a work truck with creature comforts that improve its usefulness. It not only looks great, it works well for my yard project hauling and street driving that make up my mileage. The former owner also added towing package. running boards and black letters on back of tailgate. I purchased this vehicle with only 56,000 miles on it. Spent time reading about pros/cons of this model and for how I use a truck and the specs that it has, it fulfills all of my needs without exception.
