I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

This vehicle holds all my work tools with a low back end for easy lifting. The dash is difficult to read with the headlights on unless it's dark. It does have blind spots due to only having two side sirrors. It is very reliable.

I went to this dealership via a recommendation, they will not disappoint. Friendly and very accommodating, needed my truck checked out. I had a problem with a battery that triple A installed, I asked they send a triple A person to this garage while I was there. Triple A guy was rude and irritated that he had to come, did not have a replacement battery anyway. Omar patiently put up with this obnoxious triple A guy and was more than helpful on more than one visit. Service is everything no matter how big or small the job, these guys are five stars plus. He was patient with us as we thoroughly inspected the van we eventually purchased, really fair with the price, efficient with the paperwork, and even surprised us by paying for the car's next year of registration.
