I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!

I didn’t have an appointment yet they took me in and kept me informed throughout the service process. They were able to save me some money as they didn’t need to perform one of the estimated repairs.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Amazing, fast, cost effective service. Easy to schedule the service. They got me in and out within 1.5 hours for a standard oil, tire rotation and air filter change. I love that I can drop off at 7:30am. And still get to work by 9.

Had a oil change done a few months ago and was due for another. Asked them to check to see why it was leaking. They informed me the oil filter was put on loose and it was their error. I was released it was something they admitted to doing. Their honesty just makes me feel I can always trust them in service and purchasing a car there. They made real good on their mistake and took really great care of me and my car. To the point they even came to my home to clean the oil spots in my garage and my daughters driveway. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This was the absolute best and fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had! I talked to Chief through phone calls and texts periodically over the course of 2 days working through my deal. By the third day we came to an agreement on my trade value and purchase price with little to no haggling and Chief had my credit approval and paperwork finalized all before I even walked into the dealership and he was able to shop around to find me the best interest rate! He was even able to beat Eglin FCU's rate! I was in and out of the dealership with my new truck in less than an hour! Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and has always going the extra mile to get me the vehicle I wanted. Also contacts me after the sale to make sure I am happy with the vehicle I purchased. All of the personnel involved in the sale were great.

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.
