I had previously posted a review with much disdain for this company. However, since then they have reached out & have attempted to make the situation right. My respect & gratitude for them is restored & I am pleased with their response & service at this point.

This vehicle drives very nice. I am normally a Chevy buyer but this Ford is very nice. I was never in the Ford dealership but they really treated me well

Daisy was a phenomenal sales person. We drove approximately 200 miles to Rio Vista Chevrolet to purchase our 3500 dually high country because of an amazing, informative and comfortable conversation with her. When we arrived she was incredibly efficient (as well as the finance guy) and friendly. Felt like she truly cared! She really went the extra mile with us and walked us through every little thing. She even recommended a great place to go to dinner when we left! We will return to see her and refer her to everyone! Thank you Daisy for restoring our faith in the car salesperson business! You’re amazing!

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.

I had a great experience buying a used truck from out of state. The truck was exactly as advertised (actually better) and I got a good deal. Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

Excellent customer service in the buying process. I communicated online with interest in test driving a couple used Fords and Jennifer and team had them ready to go when I arrived. My van is a 2015 Ford Transit XLT 150 with mid roof and short wheelbase. The 2019 version is all but identical. It came loaded with leather seats, navigation, voice control radio, blue tooth, and all the bells and whistles. It has been a great travel van and a real head turner. You can stand up and walk in it. I retrofitted mine with a cooler, portable convenience and added a tablet for watching tv. It rides very quiet like a Lincoln town car, and I've gotten up to 23mpg highway using cruise control. This van fits into a regular parking spot anywhere. It is easy to drive as well. The only reason I would trade this van in would be to get a brand new one exactly like it. I now have 42K miles on it and still looks brand new.

Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

My wife and I had a bad experience with buying a used car and because of their staff and the service we received, we were able to trade this vehicle with Murray Ford and purchase a new Bronco. This review is for our salesman, Mike Baxter. I have bought several vehicles in my life and done business with Ford Motor for over 30 years. I have never had a more honest and caring individual than Mike. If you are looking for a great person to do business with and want to purchase or just look at a new purchase, I would recommend him to anyone out there. His knowledge and personality sold me on him as an individual and his no pressure approach is the most refreshing part of this sale. I can not express how much my wife and I appreciated him and both of us were so pleased to find professionals are still in the business. If you are looking for a new car, or even a used one, we recommend Mike because regardless of whether you are looking for one or not, he will treat you with respect and show you whatever you want to see without any sort of I have to sell you a car, we were not even looking to purchase a new car, but after the experience we just had, we did not trust the car we purchased and after we sat and talked with Mike, it was clear to us that we would purchase one from him when we were ready, but I live by the motto, happy wife, happy life, and due to poor health and the ability to get even sit in a car, my wife left the dealership happy and that was all that I cared about. If you want to just see what is on the market or test drive a new or used car, check Mike out at Murray Ford in Starke. I feel like I have known him all my life and never saw him until the general manager sent us to his desk to check out what was available and the rest is history.
