I have purchased many vehicles over the years in different states. Today, I just purchased my 3rd new vehicle with Peoria Ford. Hands down by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Major thanks to Jim Eagle, he absolutely went above and beyond. Nick Van Horn did an amazing job as well!! He worked with me and went above and beyond!!! I have dealt with Nick and Jim multiple times and I have to say, they amaze me every time. I live approximately 59 miles away from the dealership. My wife hates going to the dealership and waiting...thats just the nature of the beast. What Peoria Ford has done for me speaks volume!!! Not once, but twice, they went out of their way, delivered my new truck to my home, and brought the paperwork for my wife to sign!! This is the ultimate in customer service. Words can not describe how excellent these people have been to me and this dealership. I will not even look at another dealership as long as these two are still at Peoria Ford. As for my new F350, I am beyond pleased with the amazing deal I got from everyone. Thank you Jim Eagle and Nick Van Horn!!!

I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

I wanted to commend the service department on their professionalism. I had Johnny take care in a recall for my Ford Transit Connect. They did an overall inspection and suggested a few services that should be done. He didn’t try to scare me to do them and did only the services I authorised after he took the time to explain how they perform the work. Upon picking up my vehicle Spencer who has helped me in the past was great in helping delivering my vehicle. I also want to thank Alex in Mobil Vehicle Service for setting up my oil change. Great Team!!

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…
