Matt is a great salesman. He isn’t pushy and he is very attentive to your needs. The car I wanted had a tapping noise when I test drove it, but I really liked it, so Matt and I drove out and back to the dealership three or four times, trying different fixes each time hoping it went away. Matt got out on the wet ground with his suit on, looking for any hint of where this noise could come from. Eventually we discovered it was a loose mud flap. I went back today and Matt gave me original Hyundai car mats even though I have had the car a couple weeks. I will buy here again when I am ready for an upgrade.

This is second Subaru purchased from this dealership this dealership. Both times were stress free with professional sales. Service department is the reason I purchase Subaru's. Not only do you get a quality product, the service department and their staff are beyond compare.

Follow up repair of accident damage. Took a while to get the insurance company to authorize payment. Service writer Jordan was slowed down by privacy rules. Eventually got repairs done.

Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.

Once I contacted Volkswagen of Gainesville communications back and forth via.email was terrific Hannah kept in touch with me and allowed us once we arrived to have the vehicle taken to a local mechanic for inspection that process was very helpful the only downside through the entire process was the financing we were pre-approved from our bank but there was too much back and forth with the financing

Last weekend my wife, daughter and I visited Gwinnett Place Nissan where we bought a new Nissan Armada.Our salesman was Taylor Grzegorzewski and he was wonderful to work with. We felt like he had our best interests at heart and as a result we bought a vehicle we love, at a very fair price. We purchased a 2017 Kia Soul in November 2019 and were really impressed with the overall process. We first saw the car online and called in to see if it was available. The salesperson who helped us, Sylvia, helped us get the car to that specific store(it was at a different Hertz Used Cars location), was very responsive and helpful, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout. The building the dealership is in could be in better shape, but the price we paid was great and the whole process was quick and easy.
