Grapevine Ford had the exact color Dark Magnetic Gray on their website. I spoke with a certain salesman ( no name mentioned) and we told him I would be there on Saturday. Arriving Saturday he was not at the dealership. Landon said he would take care of me himself and he really did help us out ! Landon did his very best to accommodate us. The vehicle was not on the premises so he arranged to have it brought to the dealership . I test drove it and really liked it! Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX. My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless. I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano. Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive. With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time. We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter. Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for. I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future. I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.
