Well, you know it's not going to be a good day when the check engine light comes on, but Clay Cooley Hyundai absolutely took care of our Santa Fe. My husband's 2019 Santa Fe was due for Service, but we let life get in the way and had not brought it in. When the check engine light came on, there was no choice. The service at Clay Cooley Hyundai was amazing! From the young lady who took my initial call, to Philip in service, it was as easy as one, two, three. Very quickly after I dropped our car off, I was given a list of the exact issues that needed to be addressed, along with others that could be deferred if I chose. It made it so easy as a car owner to be able to read the list, along with the pricing, so that I was able to know ahead of time what had to be done and what the bottom line in dollars would be. After I approved service repairs, Clay Cooley Hyundai quickly completed my list and had us on the road again in just a few days. The staff on this visit were stellar and truly were pleased to assist through my buyout process. Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I want to thank my service advisor Matt Balliet for helping me when I took my car in on 1/23/2025. My blind spot alert was not working and I feared an expensive replacement of the sensor. Matt went to my car and showed me that I must have accidentally hit a button that turned off the sensor. I didn't even know that button existed. Matt assured me that I wasn't an idiot even though I felt like one. Matt has been my service advisor for a long time and he always comes through with courtesy and professionalism.
