I had an amazing experience at AutoNation Honda of Hollywood! I went in looking to lease the same model I had a CRV LX and Daniel, my sales rep, made the entire process smooth and easy from the start. We communicated by email beforehand, so when I arrived at the dealership, almost everything was ready to go. At the last minute, I decided to change the color, and Daniel was extremely patient and helpful. He also explained the available incentives, which led me to upgrade to a CR-V Hybrid, a better vehicle while still staying within the lease payment!!!! They took my trade in and gave me credit toward the new lease, which was great! Cesar from the finance department was also great, clearly explaining everything and helping with my plate transfer. Excellent service and very fast, compared to my other experiences at other places. Highly recommend!

today i went in for an oil change, but left with a bigger problem. i had a nail in my tire and my rim was dented. i was super stressed and overwhelmed as this issue could not have came at a worse time. however, isai lopez and chase perry were super kind, helpful, reassuring, and understanding. they helped me with a solution and we worked through the issues. i could not be more grateful for their help today, it means a lot to my family and i. super thankful for their service and support.

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

We bought a used Toyota RAV car at Johnson’s Hyundai . It was the only one there. We worked with Michael Nguyen who was kind helpful not pushy but persuasive, negotiated fairly was respectful and effective. When we picked up the car it was immaculate. Overall a great car buying experience for someone who is pitifully uninformed about car parts and their workings. It was an experience I dreaded beforehand but sailed through unscathed!

We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity.
