Randy C. made our car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. We were shopping for a reliable used car that would handle my long commute to/from work. While browsing the lot we met Randy. He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. It was exactly what we were looking for and the car went home with us that day. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles but never walked away talking about the person who sold us the car. I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

Sales representative knowledgeable about viechles use an new certified work with you on $ opions color trade in value up front. Test drive it alone wow does not insist. _3rd Hyundai 2 new ones 3rd certified first one hybrid gas . Up front on everything and service department also. A+ rating.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

This dealership is close to my house. Brett my service technician is wonderful and is always so nice and helpful when I have questions or when I need to bring in my car for service.

It was easy for us as the buyers, and the salesperson and finance manager knew all the answers to our questions. Very professional and comfortable experience.

Molly has great customer service and the knowledge to help with your repair needs. She help with what I need done and didn?t sale repairs that I bib not necessary.

For a new or used car purchase, I would invite customers to ask for Mr. James Brown in sales. He is both knowledgeable about the product, clear about the transaction, mature and able to help you avoid the usual *noise* you find at most other dealerships. We were able to make a good deal on our new car with Mr. Brown’s expert assistance.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. Service was on time and I discussed service needs with advisor,he was helpful and got my car done quickly. I requested nitrogen fill in tires but I noticed the tire caps were not changed when I got home. I sent email asking about green caps but no response.

This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

I bought a G80 3.3T 2018 I love the car, it’s spacious, comfortable, love the get up and go, love the power and speed. I checked the reviews and they were for the most part very good and I decided to jump. The car has given me a couple of problems, driver side door wouldn’t open and driver side turbo leaking oil. Second guessing my purchase

This dealership is the best around!!! We really got an amazing deal and paid way less than the MSRP. Not only that the process was extremely easy. I have two little ones and Mike was able to work with me by getting all the paper work set up before I came in. They also worked on getting me the lowest rate for financing. We ended up getting the Palisades. It is a fantastic SUV with a ton of space and amazing features. I love that it rides like a luxury high end vehicle but didn’t come with the crazy price tag. Overall, this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend them.

This car is dependable, stylish, and has a lot of upgraded features for the money. It also has a lot of interior room for front as well as rear seating. It also runs on regular unleaded fuel, which saves money. The standard brakes and suspension are okay, but could be better. The quality of the factory paint could be better as well. I would prefer if it came with a wood steering wheel instead of the standard leather, which tends to wear out quickly. Overall it is a great car.

My experience was good. However, because the used car was not a Volkswagen, the salesperson did not know a lot of details about the Audi I purchased.

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

My service advisor was very helpful and efficient. I had a warranty repair done, and she handled everything very smoothly, from checkin to returning a freshly washed car to me. The wash is a nice touch.

Lots of interior space and it is beautifully designed. From the second you sit down, the vehicle screams luxury. The panoramic sunroof is lets in lots of natural light and makes the car feel even larger. Controls are right where they need to be and very easy to use. Added plus was the wireless charging pad for my cell phone! This car does more than compete with the Mercedes's and BMW's.....I think it beats them hands down!

While it turned out my desired vehicle was sold, I did not have a bad experience with this dealership. In fact, while they were VERY communicative (as every single car dealership in the world is), they were not obnoxious about it. Nor were they condescending when I wanted to know the out the door price, or when I told them my price limit. I would recommend Van Horn Hyundai, and also consider working with them again, even though I am in Florida. They seem like a decent dealership with quality professionals specifically Zachary and Sarah, who I had the most contact with.

This is my third Genesis G80 (2012 and 2017 previously), now a 2022 model. The comfort and technology and safety are the best around. I think the exterior styling has gotten bah - the 2017 showed mor "muscle" for a luxury sedan. Genesis has also gotten more expensive than they used to be - still better (less expensive) than the competitors but it used to be a great deal - now just OK. That said, Genesis does need to "fix" their interface with Carplay on Music - it used to work great but now, it does not show all my artists or playlists (they are on the phone). Many car manufacturers think this "feature" is safer but it isn't as now I need to pick up my phone to find what I want. Ugh - it used to work great on my 2017 G80.

Love Jacob! He might be my favorite person at the whole dealership. As soon as he sees me drive up, he walks up with a smile on his face.
