My wife and I hadn’t purchased a vehicle from a dealership in nearly two decades - mostly due to the typical reasons: pushy sales associates, overpriced maintenance plans, and the exhausting back-and-forth with sales managers. So, I wasn’t exactly excited to visit the dealership to check out a vehicle my wife had found. However, our experience couldn’t have been better. Our sales associate, Brandon, was incredibly professional, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. We also worked with Shae in finance, who was equally patient and helpful. Brandon and Shae stayed with us well after closing time, making sure everything was taken care of. The building is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as we walked in we knew it was going to be a good day. Every detail, from the Bang and Olufsen sound system to the minimalist decor, spoke of elegance and class. We walked over to Robert (Bobby) to ask a question about our visit and he was the perfect person for this. Instantly, he asked a few questions to us and we were on our way. He engaged with our daughter so that she was comfortable as we got down to business. Everything was straightforward and transparent which we appreciated. Each time there was a potential challenge, it was turned into an opportunity and we left happy and satisfied! This is our second Genesis, so we knew what we were buying, we just had no idea WHERE that was going to be. We are in the market for another Genesis in about a year or so and there is no doubt that Bobby at Genesis of Ontario is the one we want to help us with that too!
