I made an appointment to see the car, but when I got there he had gotten tied up longer than expected with another customer and put us with Donovan. He was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about the car and no pressure on me to buy. Took the BMW X3 for a test drive. Came back the next day and made the deal to purchase. Of course there were a lot of extras presented when meeting with the finance manager, but he didn’t pressure me to get any of them as I declined the offers. Very smooth process overall. The sales manager was also quite accommodating and helped to complete the deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend United BMW if you’re looking for a new BMW.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

It is an incredible electric vehicle. It has plenty of great features and one of the best looking interiors of any vehicle on the market. It is much more luxurious than most EVs and the only drawback is that the range is only 236 miles but you can recharge it in 18 mins on a super charger.

This is a beautiful vehicle inside and out, Great styling and comfort. Performance is great . Mileage is disappointing. User interface for settings is confusing and you have to go very deep into drop down menus to set basic functions. Cargo area is small for an SUV of this size. I ordered mine with a trailer hitch but the factory trailer hitch looks like it was added on at U-Haul. It is not integrated into the design at all and certainly looks like an afterthought. VERY disappointing Regardless, I think it is one of the best looking SUVs on the market

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

The extra $10K for the 3.5 didn't seem worth it to me and I think that the 2.5 SP is absolutely fine for my purposes. Even with the low-profile tires, the car rides well and has exceptional balance and handling for an SUV due to its being based on a RWD platform. With 300hp, the 2.5 turbo has all the horsepower that I'm likely to need. The electronics and extensive driver aids have a learning curve to them, but feel natural once you're adapted to them. And it easily has the most luxurious interior of any car that I've owned. I'm very happy with it overall!

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.
