Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

This was the absolute best and fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had! I talked to Chief through phone calls and texts periodically over the course of 2 days working through my deal. By the third day we came to an agreement on my trade value and purchase price with little to no haggling and Chief had my credit approval and paperwork finalized all before I even walked into the dealership and he was able to shop around to find me the best interest rate! The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

This is the best car ever had! We bought G70 3years ago and bought GV80 3weeks ago. We will not go back to any other brand car.

For some reason Mark's name is not on the list where it says, "Choose their name," but Mark was so helpful, patient, explained the process clearly and was very professional. I highly recommend him and would work with him and his team again. I would hope for a promotion for him Hyundai. :)

This warranty repair will require Mercedes Benz to open a service campaign. The dealership was not able to cure the problem with the seat control memory. The service tech tried and completed an update that did not work. They will be reaching out to Mercedes Benz for their assistance and imput.

In today's day and age of rising prices and high interest rates , this car was definitely the best bang for my buck. The value in the technology, design, and comfort made the decision easy, throw on a great factory warranty coverage longer than most, I'd highly recommend... I'm a tall guy, it has room and comfort for days, Genesis has come a long way from its Hyundai days.

My salesman was very patient with me. I asked a ton of questions because there was so much about the vehicle that differed from my 2013 Suburban. I suppose, if I were not such a Luddite, I would have found many of these things obvious. As it was, we didn't explore the engine bay. My age and under-hood vehicle complexity have pretty much made my access here a waste of time. The salesman balanced the time spent on each element and provided me with a reasonably good understanding of each. However, I still spend time digging through the owner's manual, after the buy, trying to grasp the fine points of various elements.

Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. They took that nasty, anxious edge of buying a car and tossed it right in the garbage 🗑️ Anna was a special lady and very informative and gracious to us. She answered all questions and helped iron out various small things along our journey at Russ Darrow in Waukesha. Best Deal Ben came alongside Anna and really helped to seal this deal for us. No problem or pressure for us at all. Anna listened to our story and empathized with us. She really helped us out. I looked at a few SUV's and amongst Porsche, Audi and Mercedes, and found for comfort, ride, power and value, Genesis was my perfect choice. I leased the Genesis October 2021 and 27 months ago. I have had zero issue, nothing. They send you a monthly "health report" and it's always perfect. every month Genesis send up and update.The service I had in October, they aded some washer fluid. That's it! Driving is a pleasure, performance better than you would expect for a SUV, and when the Turbos kick in, you pass the others quickly. The car is very well built and especially quiet. The electronics are amazing, so many options at your finger tips. If you are considering a new car, be it an SUV or Sedan, I highly recommend your test driving Genesis

I have been watching for a 2019 Santa Fe and when I got a Cars.com notice on one at an amazing price, I jumped on it. Due to COVID-19, most dealerships are limited and this was the Memorial Day Weekend. I sent an email and got a response the same day. Went and saw the car at the dealership, took a test drive, and now it's mine. Annapolis made the deal easy and efficient. Paul even took me out and helped me with some of the advanced features on the car. They cleaned her up and touched up some scrape marks so she looks brand new. LOVE my new to me car.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

My experience has been good. However I'm concerned about window issues with my 2016 Tuson. Two months ago my passager window would not come back-up and now my driver's side window has done the same also one back window will not come down at all. It is not cheap having to get these window fixed. In my opinion I think it's a manufacturer issue

While we were not able to make a deal, I was amazed at Nick’s knowledge of Lincoln’ Towncars as old the ‘91 Towncar. Practically everything he told me about these vehicles was true, like converting from single to dual exhaust on these. He said they’re very easy to do. At first I figured Nick was just trying to salvage a sale after I told him I really wanted the dual exhaust option from the factory. But then when I went to some forums to look, they all said to just swap out the Y pipe for an H pipe and go from there. It took someone who has some knowledge to know all that. That impressed me and I wouldn’t be surprised if Nick used to be a mechanic. Perhaps a deal can be reached in the future, but for now I was impressed to leave a review even though I didn’t buy anything.
