He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with the utmost respect. Chris never tried to overcharge us. Bert Dutcher was awesome as well!! Bert was upfront about everything and never once did he try to convince us to use their financing. Bert was professional, kind, personal and patient. The only bad thing about Bert was that he wasn't a "Dallas Cowboys" fan!!!! When you're ready to purchase your vehicle and you want to be treated with dignity, come to Rizza!!!

This is a great truck. It is peppy and well designed. The electronics take some getting used to. The storage inside the tailgate is brilliant. There appears to be a lack of some desired features in the models. Some things should be in the mid range model and they are not. There is no place to mount any radio equipment for GMRS or HAM and there is a lack of 12 volt power sources, Also there is no 4x4 low range in these. I never had to use it much in other 4x4's but it was present, I am not a fan of the online manuals. If you need to look something up, you better have a laptop with you. 2 things concern me; one is YEARLY oil changes the other is the lack of division between models in operations description of features in the manual. There is also a visible seam in the bed were it is welded during manufacturing, Looks like a three year old did it.

Good fuel economy, great performance, great looks inside and out, could use a little more cab space and more comfortable seats. Miss some of the old stereo controls like manual tuning and a CD system. Do not like the auto stop feature it is annoying and I believe will do more harm than good to the starters life on the engine or noticeable fuel price savings. Most of all there is way way too much electronic and computer monitors on the systems of the entire vehicle, you took the wrenches and sockets right out of the hands of the do it yourself mechanics that knew how mechanical and electrical systems worked in vehicles without extreme expenses incurred, now you need an advanced computer technician’s degree to work on your own vehicle.

Brought my my car in for normal service and Mark Took care of me. He was great. He pulled up my history on my car and made recommendations for what I needed and explained everything they would do. Also gave me approximate cost of service which was Very close to his quote. Work was done very quickly. Just a great experience. I will be back for my next service when needed. I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it.
