I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

One of the best truck buying experiences I've ever had. Worked with Daniel and Mari via email to lock everything in and set a time to make the drive down. The team was supper responsive with questions and details about the truck and the purchasing process. When I arrived, Jamie met me at the door and had the truck squeaky clean and ready to go for a test drive. We went over the vehicle features and finance had the paperwork ready to go by the time we were done. All in all, I was in and out quickly but never felt pressured. At the end of the day, it was worth the drive to work with Jamie and the rest of the team.

Had a great experience leasing a 2026 GMC Sierra 3500 from Woody Buick GMC. Started with an online inquiry and we texted and called, negotiated the deal and we went in and test drove the truck, they reviewed our trade and we then learned about the new truck’s features and then signed and left. All within 1-1/2 hours. Jarvis was our salesperson and he was super nice and knowledgeable. He really made things easy. We will be back when we are in the market again as we felt at home! I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.
