handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

Mick Hasley and the team are patient and friendly. When they say they will call back they do, and they are not in a rush, they listen to what you need. I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

The customer service rep was very good. The scheduling process was very poor. Due to over booking. I came on Thursday for an oil change at 1PM and was told it would take 3 hours. I rescheduled for the next morning 7AM and service was do in do in a timely manner. It was frustrating that it took two tries to a simple oil change.

I usually dont write reviews but my experience with Truck Kings deserves one. Erase any idea you may have of a used car dealer and its inventory and replace it with satisfaction, enjoyment, zero frustration and a buying experience like no other. I had found Truck Kings from an ad online for a vehicle and went there to take a look at it. As it turns out they had 3 trucks that I was interested in.
