Used 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 trucks for sale near North Hudson, WI

Great performance, hard to clean, everything, I expected. Getting lots of compliments and head turning. Stomping with thee BIG DAWGS!!!! Good gas mileage on highway.

Brent and Tyler were very helpful with information about the EV car I was interested in. Brent helped with the purchase and answered many EV questions.

I truly enjoy every aspect of this vehicle except for the fact that to have my text messages displayed on the screen I have to use a cord and cord my phone into the vehicle. I can Bluetooth phone calls But I cannot get any messages to display without using a cord. For the truck being a 2019 and the price point of it that is absolutely absurd. Other radios that GMCsells has this feature. This truck does not.

Matt in the body shop told me he'd have it for two weeks and would ensure everything was covered under warranty. Not only that - they were done a week early! Not enough communication before the service, and too much after afterward. One phone call from the dealer or one survey should be sufficient. Its too much.

Kevin also had the Jeeps I wanted to test drive waiting right up front for me! Once I bought my Wrangler, it was serviced, inspected and cleaned waiting for me upfront. We were in the market for a new van, and would casually check online for one at the right price. We saw one come up for the Decatur location and I sent in an online inquiry that evening. I was contacted the next morning by Lane who was very courteous and willing to help. When we came to look at it, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We never felt cornered into something we weren't sure about. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. The manager we also interacted with was great. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Honda Decatur and I'm sure it won't be our last!

Our salesman Wesley and the sales manager Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are the only reason I ended up purchasing the car. There was another young man who was also a sales manager that was absolutely rude. He may have the good fortunate to look 14 years old but obviously he was not taught any manners growing up. James was in charge of the paperwork and was also rude. He would ask a question and while trying to answer it was obvious he was not listening. When called on it he admitted he was not even listening to the response. We had just driven 3 hours to pick up the car and he was annoyed because it was late. He was supposed to get me a copy of the carfax and that never happened. I am still hoping everything goes well with the car because on the carfax I saw and asked for a copy it said the transfer case was replaced twice. No one was quite sure but guessed the first was when they found the problem and the second was when the parts came in and it was actually fixed. I did have the under carriage checked out by the shop that wired it for towing and they reported no visible leaks. Time will tell. We still have to make another trip down there to get a chewed seatbelt fixed and another key fob for the car programmed. I hope someone educates the rude workers on how to treat customers. But definitely work with Wesley or Kim!
