This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Let me start by saying that these guys are not your typical dealership. I showed interest on a car that was extremely hard to find, yet they had it. I submitted my info to have them reach out the next business day. Surprisingly Anthony reached punt within minutes. We went back and forth for about 3 days to set up the deal. (I’m in Tucson and they are in Phoenix). They gave me what I was asking for my trade, got me a smoking deal on the car I WANTED and were by far THE BEST DEALERSHIP I’VE EVER DEALT WITH! It all centers around Trudy, my salesperson . She was persistent and didn?t give up on the sale. I didn?t think we were going to buy from Yates even though the Yukon XL was our favorite of the Suburban and Expedition Max. Trudy really kept coming at us trying to make it work . Finally for me , it was Saturday when she sent me videos and said ? This is the one you drove. I know you and your wife liked it . It is here for you . Let?s make a deal!? Even later in the day on Saturday , I had already test driven another Expedition and Suburban with a diesel . I was not planing on stopping back at Yates but I was driving by on I10 and thought of Trudy?s videos she sent me. .I said , why not , she tried , let?s see. Even after I made a decision on the Chevy Suburban , ( only because it had a diesel ) but the Yukon XL was my favorite and Trudy was the most personable and persistent . Honestly , I was not the happiest with the numbers, everyone else gave me a little more for my trade BUT I liked your Yukon XL the most and we bought it . Also , it has to do with the Trudy being persistent . Even at the dealership getting ready to buy , I was having second thoughts and Trudy sat with me , and we talked while I waited . I almost walked out before the paperwork was ready . . But i really loved the Yukon XL. It had so many features I liked compared to the Suburban and Expedition. So Trudy?s customer service and I really liked the Yukon XL were my reason for sticking to it . Thank you Trudy . In addition , thank you Ramon , the fiance guy, he was patient in signing the paperwork . We were waiting for my wife who was on duty with the Fire Department. Another thing Trudy did right !! There was some issues with my wife at work and trying to sign the paperwork . Liability with me taking the Yukon XL home . Trudy was doing everything she could so i could take it home that night . Again , thank you Trudy !!

This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.

Super impressed with this dealership. Not at all what you'd expect in a "city" dealership. Spotlessly clean, open, bright . . . and friendly. Plenty to choose from. Didn't feel pressured at all. And they were very flexible (I can be kinda demanding). Great on the price. Highly recommend this store! i know some people scared about salvage but you fill comfortable when they let you to take it to your own mechanic shop or local dealer to check, they also give us warranty as no cost.
