Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

Had a great experience dealing with Tate Sutter and crew at Crown Automotive. Drove from Paola/Osawatomie area to see what was available and compare to other RAV4's we had looked at. Had a car with color and features that were absolutes on our list and very competitive price, so we went home with a new RAV4. After speaking with George Williams, a superb Nachbar Sales Manager, I drove all the way to the dealership to trade in my girlfriend's car on a 2016 75th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler! I have never purchase a vehicle sight unseen before and I have owned many vehicles. George's helpful attitude convinced me it was worth about 16 hours on the road to confirm everything he told me about the Jeep was accurate. As it turned out, because of George, this was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. George took care of all the details, explained everything in great detail, and made the buying experience worth every mile I drove to get there! Normally my dealings with car salesmen have ended less than satisfactorally, but I must say that George is a one of a kind Ace when it comes to car sales and customer satisfaction! I would make that drive again in a heartbeat in the future to deal with Nachbar because of him. We have spoken numerous times since the purchase with inquiries about how pleased we were with our purchase. Out of 5 stars I would rate my experience as at least a 6!

Very prompt with contracting and delivery of the vehicle. Customer service was exceptional and we were in and out in less than an hour. Our sales rep was very nice and easy to talk to, and the dealership wasn’t pushy at all like so many dealerships.

Had a very good experience. Julio, our salesperson, was very personable and didn’t pressure at all. If I had it to do again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the extended warranty. I did find a problem with the passenger side sun visor but we will see if they can help me out with it. I love the vehicle.

I've dealt with better. Not completely negative of an experience. Not the best either. Their service dept seems to be slacking. How do you put a car on a lot for sale with a check engine light on? I can see when it was last cleared. Not very long before I bought it. Salesman trying to tell me the engine isn't getting up to temp because it's cold outside. No. It's a bad thermostat. Headlight wasn't plugged in. And WAAAAY out of alignment. Their cars are supposedly looked over with a xx point safety check. I doubt that. Looked over, cleared codes, topped up fluids. Put an oil change sticker on the window. But did they really? It looks clean so I assume so. The detailers did a FANTASTIC job!! This car was super clean!!

My review is for Jimmy Carpenter specifically! Let me just say, I am always wary with buying a new car / working with a dealership. I feel like they always try to upsell you and make the most money off of you - which to an extend I completely understand, it is a business after all. However, Jimmy I believe truly had our best interest at heart trying to work out a deal. He worked with us and tried and tried to get us our dream car, gave me advice on how to get the most for our trade ins, and I truly believe he wanted the best for us. I really hope to work with him in the future, and I would recommend Jimmy to anyone needing a car. I don't believe it is the norm to say you trust the person selling you a car, but I really did! Jimmy was so transparent, kind, and understanding on what we needed and what he could do for us and I truly appreciated it.

I found a Yukon I liked on cars.com so we drove the hour and a half to check it out it was late in the day but the sales people and service staff bent over backwards to help us out , even when my schedule wouldn’t allow me to pick up my new car the next day it was delivered to me !
