Late review, We bought a Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this dealership this summer. The Salesman Adam, and Service manager were outstanding! Test drive vehicle (unfortunately on a rainy day) didnt hear or discover any issues. Took car home and next day discovered very noisy road noise and undefined noise from front of vehicle. Working with the team to discover the problem althought time consuming was a far more pleasant situation than expected. The entire time the team worked on the issue provided constant interaction, communication and updates. First and upmost Tim gave me excellent service with a friendly tone and was very professional. I had a problem with my late dad's truck that others weren't able to diagnose the problem and Tim with his service men immediately figured the problem. Tim conveyed the problem to me and took care of it within a day. Thank you for having an awesome employee like Tim, businesses need more employees like Tim! Incidentally, I was experiencing this problem with the truck for approximately six months and thanks to Tim he resolved the problem for my family. We had a great experience dealing with John Adams GMC. We were interested in an F-250 that we had noticed on their lot over the weekend. When I hit them up they contacted me within an hour and set up an appointment to look at it. The salesman were very friendly and I didn't feel pressured into buying something that I didn't want. They even let us take the truck overnight to ensure that we liked it prior to buying. After driving it we had a couple little nit picks that we wanted fixed prior to purchase. They gladly repaired the items quickly. Even after the purchase I am still in contact with Chris the salesman who is easily reachable and always willing to help. They made financing and purchase easy and did all the work for us. Their lifetime warranty also gives me a sense of security. When I go shopping for another vehicle in the future I will definitely pick them first.
