A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I was in and out what seem like an hour to hour and a half at most and no haggle pricing and with great discounts.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. As always, we receive great service on our GMC and Chevy vehicles at Rick Hendrick dealership in Richmond, VA., and this time was no different. We arrived approximately 35 minutes before our appointment time. Our service provider, Jeff Barton, got us in early, which was much appreciated. He has always been a customer first individual, which also applies to all those who work at this dealership. For that reason, we drive 62 miles one way, vice going to our local dealership. As usual, service on our GMC Acadia was great plus the servicing technician provided several future recommendations.
