New and used 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 trucks for sale near Hilton, NY

Very positive experience, my salesman was very helpful and easily answered all my questions and completed the process in a timely manner.

I went to Patrick Buick GMC to check out used Buick sedans. I was greeted by Bob Gordan. I saw a car I liked and Bob explained the features and let me take it for a test drive. The price for my trade in and the car I was interested in was reasonable. There was no pressure to buy. After I bought the car, Bob was very patient in explaining the features. He showed me around the full service facility and introduced me to the different departments. Everyone was professional. It was a good experience.

I dealt with three different people while buying my car and everyone of them exceeded my expectations. No nonsense no back and forth...easy. I drive about an hour away and when I forget to bring something to complete the sale...they sent someone to me!

I bought my truck in May and everything was smooth and above board. Great people and the place was clean and comfortable.

Purchased a pickup truck from Christopher Crough. He made me feel welcomed and very comfterable. I went to many other dealers prior to stop at Patrick and he did a wonderful job. His personality was great. Very professional and he even came and picked me up to go get my new car. He went above and beyond for me. I can’t than him enough.

I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. I was quite surprised about the no-pressure buying experience I had when I went to look at a car I saw on the internet. Everything was nice and simple and I felt as if they really try to set me, the customer, at ease. Nothing changed when I entered the finance manager's office, no pressure. In the end I bought the car and my payments were lower than first projected. I highly recommend Bob Johnson in LeRoy. Ask for Shane.
