Darren took care of this service with the usual great service that we always get from him and the staff at Cortese Ford. Whatever the problem he/they take care of it. We have been having our vehicles serviced here for over 40 years and we will keep taking our vehicles there. Darren's name is not below but he gets 5 stars also.
I have dealt with Rick Gross for my last 4 cars. He. Makes sure make an Informed decision o n the car I purchase. He always makes sure I know know all the ins and outs of the vehicle and fixes all the settings and connects my devices.. He always is available for any questions..I feel free to stop in for help. I WILL be back to Rick in 3 years when my lease is up.

This is our second time leasing a Acura RDX. We love the RDX, and the Acura dealership is awesome. I just picked up the 2019 RDX at the end of October. I already know the service department is great, as we used it for oil changes on the last Acura we leased from this dealership.
We love Christopher Wood, and I hope he does not mind me contacting him with minor questions about my very technical RDX.. He is great to work with. I like being able to go back to the same person I have worked with in the past.

After seeing a 3.5 Liter Altima 2016 leftover on-line, we drove 1 1/2 hours to check out the vehicle since my 2008 had been T-Boned and totaled in an accident. Brian Wahl in sales made buying the car so easy. Since I had my insurance card and registration with me in my purse since the accident, I was able to drive the new Altima home on a dealer plate! Saved me from having to come back and waste 3 hours. Very happy with the experience and with the car!!!
I have always had great experiences with Nissan Wester. My sales man Mark Ellis is the only one I will deal with. I love the fact that I tell him what I want and he lets me know when I can come in and make the final sale. Not pushy and I can walk away if I'm not satisfied.
I wrote a poor review of Vision Nissan of Webster on Monday. Less than 2 hours later I received a personal phone call from the owner Mario. He wanted to make things right. We met later in the day, he was very pleasant and assured me the work would be done to my satisfaction. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. I would recommend Vision Nissan of Webster to anyone who wants or needs a new or used vehicle. They are the best! I am sorry about the poor review I wrote in haste. The recent service on our 2008 Nissan Altima was handled without a hitch thanks to the assistant service manger Christine and tech Dave Altman. Thank you for quickly diagnosing, repairing and getting us back on the road !!! We will be back for up coming inspection.
My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership was excellent and I would highly recommend checking them out!
Exceptional customer service. Originally started with an E-mail inquiring about a car for sales. Responses were quick, professional and answered my questions. When we went there to look at the car they were very accommodating and no pressure to buy. We purchased the car we inquired about. Buying a car has never been an enjoyable experience, but this was very comfortable and pleasant!
I had my 2007 Pontiac G6-Gt retractable roof repaired and a part replaced. There was a lot of wind noise and the roof leaked when it rained. Nicole assured me that the mechanics still trained on Pontaic's. The mechanic did and excellent job. no more wind noise, water leaks and the roof locks down with out help.
Just wanted to thank Nicole and the mechanic for a job well done.
Was not used to being treated like a valued customer.

I had a good experience buying my Acadia. My salesman Kevin was very helpful and showed me several cars to choose from. Pretty quick process with the paper work. They even recommended a place for us to get a bite to eat and let us use a car to get there while the sale was being processed.
Bought a 2015 GMC Sierra from Cavallaro-Neubauer this past weekend. It was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The whole crew made everything very easy and got me what I was looking for at the payment I wanted. There is another Chevy dealer a mile down the road from me and I decided to drive 40 minutes to Cavallaro-Neubauer because a family member recommended them. If you are considering buying from them, do it.
