Niko was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall a seamless and painless deal. We never felt pressured but we did feel welcomed. Everyone was very friendly. This team is focused, emphatic, and passionate about what they do (taking care of the customer). I can?t say enough! I thank God for guiding me to the team and to Mandal GMC and Buick. My 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ, 4x4, with a 6.2 liter has over 350,000 miles on it - it still has the original motor, transmission and drivetrain; but not the original tires, brakes or oil (those things gotta be changed you know - it is called upkeep). My truck still runs like or better than it did the day I bought it brand new! I?m grateful to have met this group of people that Love what they do - helping peoplej Oh great Coffee!

The serviceman was very polite. He introduced himself.. we talked about what service I needed for that day. Afterwards, I waited in the waiting lounge and like everything else went automatically he also asked was there anything else that I needed done to the vehicle?

Like the Sales department the Service department is great, friendly and make you feel comfortable and satisfied with purchasing from GMC. My kids enjoy the waiting area, very comfortable and kid friendly.
