My experience at interstate four was top-tier. I came with a budget and a style of car in mind But nothing really Set in stone. I was given a recommendation to speak to the sales representative Lawrence 🚙 at interstate four and I came in a little flustered as I’m a new single parent but he was able to reassure me that I would be taken care of go over cars available and a lot that would fit my budget and style and really guide me in the right direction as far as reliability goes so that my child and I would have the best options for safety and reliability. It is a great truck with great capabilities! although i must say, some of the technology in this car has its low points. Center stack tends to not cooperate during bluetooth pairing and the headlights have poor illumination to the point i had to retrofit LED bulbs for better visibility. Overall very comfortable ride and smooth drive

The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Very professional and pleasant experience. Really like the 5 day / 30 day warranty periods and the no haggle pricing. We found a great used truck for my son. It was spotless. Another great benefit was holding the vehicle with $100 and the option to get a refund if we changed our mind. Allowed us to sleep on it and not lose the truck.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I worked with Johnny on getting my new Malibu, and I love this car. I came in and they weren't pushy on anything, and assisted me with what I already knew I wanted. The truck Handel's well. Sluggish when in second gear and the transmission thumps mostly when shifting down. Started about 40k. The ride is nice and comfy.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

I am cancelling my earlier low rated review on issues with the dealership, they were resolved and I purchased a new csr from joseph. Still have issues with kia and CNA warranty. We have owned our GMC Sierra 1500 for approximately 9 years now. The only real disappointment with the vehicle is that we had to have a full transmission replacement Just after the 100k mile without any warning whatsoever. The truck now has 107k miles on it and now , again out of nowhere, we are experiencing slipping in the trans and the engine light is now flashing. Very disappointing since we are starting to feel uncertain about the reliability of the vehicle now. The truck itself is gorgeous and shows ZERO signs of its age, sporting new rims and tires and a lifted body and no rust on the body at all. We hope there are no major issues with the engine as the vehicle has always been maintained as needed and on time for regular servicing at the dealership.

Rick Nelson was a blessing he listened to what I wanted and found it for me I really appreciate his patience and taking his time to listen to me and always with a smile. Highly recommend him.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.
