I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

Had a very positive experience buying a 2015 Subaru from Icon. Found a car of interest on Cars.com on a weekend night, messaged Icon through that website, and got a response from them first thing in the morning on Monday. The car I liked was still available, so I scheduled a test drive, and Jennifer worked up some good financing options in the meantime. A couple days later, my son and I test drove the car, loved it, and took it home that afternoon. Their inventory was excellent - definitely my taste - so had this car not been available, we would likely have test drove another. I bought my gmc sierra in 2009 , brand new, and it’s the best truck that I have ever owned, and I have tried a lot of nice trucks, I mean i have owned a truck, Ford used to be my favorite , but it doesn’t even stand a chance up next to a gmc sierra like mine, my brother in-laws were very jealous about me owning it, my brothers all liked it, I have had a lot of pleasure driving my truck, and I have had very little problems with it, I’m retired now or i would buy another one just like it, gmc is the premier truck, it’s the very best, i love my truck.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Bought this truck used,I love the comfort. I used to have a ranger.I can fit my plywood in the bed and close it.It is a long bed.My 12 foot jon boat fits good,.better than the ranger and more comfortable

overall i like the truck alot, its a very dependable vehicle. it has its little quirks for a used truck. there's little things like the drivers door switch for the mirrors and the door locks that are not working as of now but i haven't taken the time to look into it as of yet. minor to me and i'm sure i can fix for a few bucks. nice riding and driving truck i would buy again.

Car service repairs were excellent however since taking over Berger?s their customer service from the Service department hasn?t been that great; I constantly have to call for updates

I truly enjoy every aspect of this vehicle except for the fact that to have my text messages displayed on the screen I have to use a cord and cord my phone into the vehicle. I can Bluetooth phone calls But I cannot get any messages to display without using a cord. For the truck being a 2019 and the price point of it that is absolutely absurd. Other radios that GMCsells has this feature. This truck does not.

very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.

I was in the market to buy a used car after I had been in an accident and totalled mine. I found a great deal on a black Ford Escape. The people at ok made sure that I was getting what I wanted. I bought my 4x4, 5.3L ext cab at 2 years old. The records show that it had some serious factory defects (transfer case, oil pump) before I got it. Its been a great truck for me as its never been in the shop for repair. The only work I've had to do to it has been oil & filter changes, new battery and new tires. I've put 100,000 miles on it and it has 141,000 on it now. I has a few nuisance failures like high beams won't come on (the lights have been bench tested to work) and the window/mirror switches on the driver's door are failing. mechanically though, its bullet-proof.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

My experience at LaFontaine Lansing was excellent. My salesperson Caleb was great with his customer service. I had no issues with him. The only issue I had was with the financial gentleman that came into Caleb's office that spoke to me about credit and interest rates. I specifically told him not to run my credit report through my credit union because they already did and I had pre approval, well, he ran it anyway. I was upset because now it's going to stay on my credit report for 25 months for both hits. That was the only issue I had with this dealership, I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and with my salesperson Caleb.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.
