This is the fourth vehicle I've leased and the best experience I've had. Kendahl was great to work with! He really knows his stuff and doesn't try to give you the runaround. This car is sweet, 32’ tires ko2 with 2’ leveling kit looks mean drives mean, have k&n air filter on it with dual exhausts so it sounds mean!!!!!
This is now the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Sundance. Mr. Orta sold me all five vehicles and will continue to go to him in the future. He is trustworthy and always goes above and beyond my expectations.

I have a 2008 gmc. Acadia I've had it for 3 year this past year its been in the shop it shuts off when at stop light and i take it back they say its one thing i get it back and it last a day or two and then shuts off again its horrible and not safe
My lease was up on my regal so I thought I would just get another one but they had changed them so Lisa suggested an Envision and i love it. Crippen makes buying a car easy so i will do this again in two years.

This vehicle exceeds all my needs and wants. Has more standard "extras" on it than expected. Roomy for family vehicle. Rides very smoothly and handles great. Excellent power and acceleration.

I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
So far it has been a great experience
My daughter has only had the car for a couple of weeks and has been very satisfied.
The true test will be the follow up and if something needs repair , I have faith that a dealer with the reputation they have will honor her car

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.

Worst costumer support

This is a nice truck except for a few problems 1. The paint is cheap and scratches fairly easily for the price of the truck. 2. No rear heat or a/c in crew cab 3. The worst costumer service ever. (Let me explain) I took my truck to two different dealerships for the same problem multiple times for the drivers assist warning. They replaced the sensors under the seat at least twice and now saying they need to be replaced again @ $658. I keep asking why the problem is always intermittent with no answer. I suggested they check for a short, but was looked at like I was stupid I am over my warranty by a little over 600 miles and GM says they won't help me. You be the judges
I worked with Alex Malone and he’s the most honest salesman I’ve ever met. As a young female, car shopping on my own is scary and intimidating at times. Alex literally went out of his way to give me all the knowledge I needed even if I didn’t end up buying a car at this specific dealership. I’m waiting to sign the papers to buy a 2015 Acadia AWD SLE-2. Took it for a test drive and it has what I want for my family. I can’t wait to take it home!
Marti is very helpful and she showed me a lot of different options of a different cars. I recommend her if you???re a first time financer she???s got me exactly what I wanted at the right price.
Very comfortable but MPG is terrible.

Very comfortable. Many usb, 12v receptacles. Very large storage space. Nice being a bit higher than other vehicles. Rear window tint is great for night driving. But only 14.0 MPG.. Mileage is way worse than expected.
I went in knowing kind of what I was wanting and Wyatt showed me three different car options and explained the difference of each one. I did a test drive of the one I wanted and then he made sure I got a great price. He is open and honest about realistic prices and it makes it easier to know what to expect before you test drive a car. This is my second time leasing and having Wyatt Earp as my agent. Thanks and see you in a few years!

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
Graff service is awesome! The staff is friendly, and the job gets done in a timely manner. And it's very affordable. I would definitely recommend going to Graff!
Annoying noise from plastic rear bumper on highway

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.
The service experience at Graff Chevrolet is superior to that I have received at other dealers. Al explains repairs in detail and always follows up to ensure his customers are in the know. Deb is timely and very friendly. I appreciate everything you guys have done for us!
