I recently purchased a 2025 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4 from Cappellino Buick-GMC, and the entire experience was excellent. I worked with Jacquie Andrusz, who I actually chose after seeing her posts on the dealership’s Facebook page. Her social media presence and happy customer reviews stood out to me, and I can honestly say she lived up to every expectation. From my very first message, Jacquie was professional, friendly, and completely transparent about pricing, rebates, and my trade-in value. We went back and forth by text and phone, and by mid-afternoon that same day, we had made a deal and I placed my deposit. Everything was clear and straightforward, which made the process stress-free. On pickup day, I drove two hours to the dealership, and everything was ready as promised. The test drive, paperwork, and delivery all went smoothly. Even when we ran into an issue with GM Rewards redemption (something out of their control), Jacquie and the team went above and beyond to help find a solution. After the sale, she also spent time walking me through all the features of my new Sierra so I’d feel completely comfortable with it before driving home. Jacquie’s personality, friendliness, and dedication truly made this a great car-buying experience. I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.
