Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

We feel confident in the expertise at Swanson in terms of diagnostics and repairs. They have always been able to diagnose even complex issues with our Yukon Denali.

A lot of scheduled maintenance had to be done , and state inspection. It was done when promised and at a reasonable price .

Delivery of the car was very good. Excellent credit score, but still a 7.84% rate, so they need to shop financing more. Went over features, as much as we could, even though they detailed a different car at first. Tim and Doug kept in touch and delivered what they promised. Couldn’t get a MA sticker as OBD2 reader port does not fit, and that will need to be fixed.

What can I say, Saleswomen Jackie Lataille is great. Purchased a WRX 7 months ago, just wasn't the right fit for me. Jackie listened to "what would make me happy ", presented several cars for me to test drive and found that Outback Onyx Limited XT was perfect for me. VERY happy with my Outback, got a great deal. Doug White was amazing He sold me my last car and was so helpful again. The windshield in my new 2019 had a chip which I was told would be taking care of with a new windshield before I picked up the car. That didn’t happen. They sealed it and it was front and center to my view. I’m short. It rained most of last weekend and I hardly drove it. Then the sun came out. My friends all said what’s that in your windshield. Unacceptable. Then I was trying to make a time to bring it in for the replacement and the guy said we could rent you a car for $42 a day. Even though that didn’t happen why would I pay for a rental when you inconvenienced me by not doing the windshield before pick up. My friends were saying shocking. Tasca is a reputable business. Ok done venting. None of this is Doug Whites fault. Thank you

Went in for tires and inspection sticker.The technician noticed the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced or I would not pass the inspection . They had the parts in stock and told them to repair the brakes so I would not have to comeback another day so they did.
