Response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous. So was the follow-up as the sales agent checked with me regularly. The initial internet presentation of the car wasn't great as pictures were of "other" cars of the wrong color, etc. I didn't buy the car so I don't know what happened after a few days.

The service this dealership stands behind is the best of the best. We were treated like family and received top notch service that went above and beyond our expectations. Buying a car is one thing, but having a dealership treat you so well AFTER the sale for the life of the car is what matters most. The service manager was outstanding. He was involved in every aspect of my car repair. My issue was very difficult to diagnose. I observed him interacting positively with employees. I saw him doing manual labor, which you usually do not see. I was greeted positively from the moment I arrived. This is in contrast to the negative experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines down the street from me. I know a positive business from the moment I walk in. I observe all employees including the amount of time spent with customers or just in the customer area. Happy employees are going to give customers a better experience.

I was in and out what seem like an hour to hour and a half at most and no haggle pricing and with great discounts.

The serviceman was very polite. He introduced himself.. we talked about what service I needed for that day. Afterwards, I waited in the waiting lounge and like everything else went automatically he also asked was there anything else that I needed done to the vehicle?

Our salesperson, Michael Walters, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The 2021 Nissan Frontier we purchased as delivered as promised at a fair price. All-in-all, it was a very good buying experience, which has not always been the case with other dealerships. No high-pressure sales. I recommend this dealership to anyone.
