Used GMC Sierra 2500 Denali for sale near New Baden, IL

I was scheduled for an oil change & cabin filters that normally takes 90 minutes. So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I want this truck if I can't get help with finances I'll try againfri and ill have cash. I came in for oul change and my Rear riverside tire leaking down. it took over 3 hours to complete work. I was grateful that the tire was replaced with a new one., but they did not put valve stem cover back on nor did they clean the white sealant material from around tire and wheel. I think they could have been more customer focused

We recently purchased a new and a used cars. The salesman, Pat Duke, was amazing! He was (and has been, with past purchases) a no pressure, and extremely knowledgeable salesman! He handled everything (running support and interference) from the moment we walked into the show room. Pat worked tirelessly both in and on his day off, making calls and texts, making sure that we were attended to and taken care of. Because of Pat Duke, we will continue working with him at Romeo Chevrolet.

I live in Utah but recently bought an Escalade from Halladay Cadillac in Cheyenne and honestly, I was just super impressed with everyone. You can tell these guys know how to treat people right and run a solid, honest dealership. They picked me up at the Denver airport and drove me up to Cheyenne. After the sale, on my way home I noticed that the USB and HDMI ports in the vehicle did not work. It was unexpected, but the way they handled it really meant a lot. The repair wasn't cheap but they didn’t make excuses, they just took care of it and made things right. That kind of service is rare, and it meant a lot. It was clear they stood behind what they sold, and that goes a long way. I’d absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone who wants to work with good people who actually care about doing the right thing. Special thanks to Bryon the salesman who was super helpful and never pushy and John the sales manager who was a pleasure to work with in getting the issue resolved after the purchase and Shawn Smith the GM for standing behind the sale and being willing to take care of it. I love how the truck pulls and rides when towing. It will give any driver the confidence to tow anywhere. I haven't had a single issue with it. I love the way it looks and couldn't be happier.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! Love everything about this Duramax Denali except the fuel mileage. 13-14 Mpg tops when not towing. Bought truck cause previous was stolen. Wish I still had my 6.2 High Country!
