I had my 2022 GMC AT4 2500 towed in for major diesel repair. The cost of the repair, +$20k, was not feasible for a 4 year old vehicle with 110,000 miles on it. Service, Appraisal, and Sales managers met with me to discuss options. They ended up buying my truck, minus repairs needed, and I still had equity in the truck. They then worked with me, to get a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 for me with similar monthly payments as I previously had. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make it things right, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Niko was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall a seamless and painless deal. We never felt pressured but we did feel welcomed. Everyone was very friendly.
