Has a really Big feel to it. I currently use mine to pull gooseneck trailer. I haven't had a load yet that I couldn't pull. The downsides to this truck is to me I feel it could get better fuel mileage. Also I had trouble with #4 injector...dealership replaced it. Now my AC doesn't work all the time. Although it sounds like it's blowing it isn't.

I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

An overall nice truck but for a person at my size(5,11) the mirrors and posts really block the view. My tinted windows really amplify the problem. The hood also takes a bit of room for a short person. Its a comfortable ride and works well in my line of work in excavation. The sound muffler in the hood makes you think something is wrong but apparently its not.

First I just want to give a big shout out and huge thank you to Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey for getting me back into a Wrangler. Last week I noticed advertisements on great sales revolving jeeps. I was upside down in a loan with a vehicle that I truly wasn't happy with... So I checked out Perkins Motors (as I have heard nothing but great things about this dealership) and decided to just give it a shot and see if getting back into a Wrangler was even a possibility. I reached out and heard back fairly quickly. The application process was super easy, you could even upload photos of your vehicle which helps get you extra money towards the trade. I told them exactly what I could afford with my current situation and this team of incredible people made sure to get me into a Wrangler. And not just any wrangler mind you, they made sure I got one that had everything I initially asked for plus more. It's definitely a different process I might add you, as you can't exactly test drive vehicles with the this Covid19 evolving in the world. But the process was super smooth. They sent me tons of photos of the jeep, the window sticker, videos, I mean seriously any piece of information needed just so I knew what I was getting into. And I didn't have to wait to get my jeep, once the approval process was over they had a driver bring the vehicle to me, all the way to Denver metro and to my work!!! Again, Christina, Ben, Aaron and Audrey thank you so very much for all the effort you put into this process in order to get me back into a wrangler! Life is Good!!!

Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. This is my first HEAVY DUTY truck and my first diesel. I have only had it a week and 3 days but it has already been on the job and been driven 1500 miles. I expected a much rougher ride than the Chevrolet 1/2 ton it replaced but must say I am pleasantly surprised. I compared ride quality to it's main HD competitors and this GMC 3500HD surpasses them. It has far more tech features than should be expected in a base model but I can appreciate the convenience especially for business. I love that it will project driving maps and directions from my iPhone onto its larger screen. I have not yet towed or seriously taxed its payload but the Duramax diesel is something to behold. Averaging 17.9 mpg over 1500 miles. The DEF fill could be a bit more convenient but putting it under the hood does keep DEF away from fuel filling and is not required often enough to be an issue.
