Jordan started working wth me and helped negotiate the purchase price of my new truck, as well as the trade of my old truck. He was not a high pressure salesman, and was a pleasure to work with. When we could get to my numbers, Lawrence Martin (Manager) stepped in to make it all happen. Then Roy stepped in to finish up with the sales process and assisted me with tranfering some accessories from my old truck to my new truck. It was a GREAT experience, I highly recommend Waltrip GMC! I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. The experience was great. Worked the numbers over the phone and nothing changed when I arrived onsite. They value creating long term customers.

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

Cody, my salesman, was professional, helpful, honest, and a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure at any point during the process. JP, the sales manager, was also easygoing and pleasant to work with. They were both very accommodating in negotiating a fair price—They even allowed me to inspect the underside of the vehicle, which I really appreciated.

Great staff. Truck was serviced quickly and satisfactory. Construction happening but did not effect service or parking. Will definitely be back when truck needs servicing.
