Response to my inquiry was prompt and courteous. So was the follow-up as the sales agent checked with me regularly. The initial internet presentation of the car wasn't great as pictures were of "other" cars of the wrong color, etc. I didn't buy the car so I don't know what happened after a few days.

Needed oil change and tire rotation and then found out needed rear windshield wiper replaced. Always deal with Lenny, he’s so nice and keeps me informed. Only place I go when I’m at my winter home.

Recently I started a hunt for vehicle something I dread doing but I had a pleasurable experience this time. I came to Schumacher Okkachobee and was assisted by Johny Chacon who found not one but three cars to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle's information. The manager was very nice and did not hard sell me which made me run out of other dealership down the road. My first stop was at sister store close by my home very first vehicle to look at, I was love bitten. Service was done fast and efficient. I was told 45-60 minutes and done in 30 minutes. Service man was polite and knowledgeable. I was able to get on with my day quickly!

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership.
