My Buick required the rear a/c to be repaired. To facilitate that repair, the dash and the console had to be removed & replaced subsequent to the completed repair. Due to the nature of the repair, I was concerned about the fit & finish of the re-assembled interior. Also, the quietness of the ride. The car was repaired and returned to me in immaculate condition. The ride was as quiet as when new. That was important to me. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. Ed was very reassuring during the entire process that the car would be repaired and returned in the condition it was received by the Buick Service Team. Just a note - parking can be noisy, and the entrance isn’t the easiest. But inside it’s calm and pleasant: polite managers, free coffee, and Wi-Fi. Prices aren’t the lowest, but I don’t mind paying a bit more for peace of mind.

The manager Noelle appraised my old car and showed me options for both new and used Buick and GMC models. Didn’t pressure me at all - just said, “Take your time.” That kind of approach matters.

The purchase went smoothly - signed the papers, traded in my old car, picked up the new one. The only issue was a small chip on the windshield I noticed later. They did replace it, but I had to remind them. Lesson learned: check everything before leaving.
