I always have a pleasant experience when I have my car serviced at Lester Glen Buick GMC. My questions are answered and the price that I am quoted is the price that I paid. If there are any issues big or small, I am made aware of. The only issue I had was making the appointment online. Once I made a call, it was taken care of immediately.

Always pleased with Barlows, especially the girls in the service department. Very knoweldgeable and prompt. No compaints about the service in the garage either.

EASY Check-In! I was greeted like a valued customer. Asked what I needed & wanted performed on my Pick-up. I waited while the service was performed, treated fairly and was on my way confident that all was good. All-in-all, a pleasant experience, again.

Ed was fantastic. Very Smooth buying experience. Truck very clean, and was better than advertised.

I was concerned about the oil life percentage. I called for service and I was able to get a Friday when I was available. I originally was going to wait but a friend agreed to pick me up! The service desk was accommodating and the car was ready on time!

As always, Ed & Andrew make the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Never pushy, and always looking out for the best interest of the customer. This is now my third vehicle purchase with Jim Curley of Lakewood and I consider these two guys like family at this point. Very low key no pressure. Our salesman Ed was great, he took the time to sit with my daughter in the car to go over all the features. Big John the manager was great to work with. Probably the best car purchase experience I have had.

LG as a dealer was cooperative and polite. The salesman, Mike Amarando, was professional, personable and proficient in his job. Good man to deal with. We could not reach a sale but that was because of the car that did not meet my expectations.

The whole team at freehold Buick gmc went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. They took care of my problem in a professional manner. Actually called me a few days later to make sure I was good! I’ll definitely be back!
