I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Once I got in touch with the salesperson, & more explicitly communicated my situation, things got better. They've had no prior experience w/ email checks from out of state Credit Unions. They're still getting their head around it & learning about it. Hopefully they'll resolve it by next week.

He handled everything (running support and interference) from the moment we walked into the show room. I enjoyed working with these guys. I bought a 2010 Porsche Panamera. I went to Victoria TX to check it out before buying it. They picked me up at the airport and their building is a short drive from there. Everyone was very friendly to deal with. They seemed like car guys not sales people. There were no hidden fees whatsoever. The pictures of the car were fully representative of the vehicle. I had no surprises. I brought a cashiers check and some cash and did not use financing. I purchased the car and drove it 330 miles back to Dallas that day. I buffed and waxed it and installed a set of new tires. The thing looks awesome. I am very happy with my experience.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.
