Excellent experience with Freddy and his entire crew. My husband test drove the vehicle on his way through town, then we went back to check it out together. It was a great vehicle but I wanted to compare it to others on the market. We explained that to Freddy and he didn't hesitate and said when we decided to call and he would take it off the lot until we got there. Needless to say no other vehicle of the same make, model, and price point even came close to comparing what Freddy had to offer and we drove 3-4 hours one way looking at alternatives. This vehicle was the best vehicle I have owned. It is decent on gas if you drive sensibly. The ride is smooth and it is very good for towing a boat or a trailer. The cargo space is more than adequate for any travel needs. A true delight to own.

This Yukon XL has exceeded our expectations. We upgraded from a 2014 XL and it's like apples and oranges. From a size standpoint, the new design allows my 6'6 son to sit in the 3rd row. Not possible on the 2014 xl. Also, they have upgraded all of the finishes and with the new 10 speed tranny the XL drives and feels amazing. We also opted for the 3.0 diesel as that's what was available. We didn't even test drive one as they are hard to find - but man are we happy with the engine, gas mileage, and just how quiet it is. In city driving we're getting about 22 mpg, and then on highway expect to get about 27. Safety features and heads up display all work great. And, the sunroof thing is amazingly huge. Well done GMC and I highly recommend the Yukon XL to anyone that needs to move people in comfort. :)

Big thank you to the service department at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet! I was in Columbus traveling 500 miles from home when the tire pressure light on my 2018 Silverado came on with a zero pressure indicator. The guys in service were empathetic to my situation and immediately started inspecting the tires and checking the sensors. Turns out the tires were fine. One of the sensors had gone bad. I had peace of mind to drive home eastern PA. I asked what I owed and was told no charge, glad they could help. Thanks again.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.
