I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

The service representative is very knowledgeable about what repairs are more important than others to make sure that I?m safe on the road. The staff is very friendly also.

I love the Yukon. It needs a few censors changed out but it drives so smooth. Very glad we made the choice to purchase it

We recently purchased our MDX at this dealership and had a really good experience. Rob Flauter was a delight to work with and made the process seamless for us. Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

I perviously owned a 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali. I put 320,000+ miles on it and it still runs fine. Therefore it was not much of a decision on what I was going to buy next. BUT this 2016 Denali exceeded all my expectations. I am amazed at all the features every time I drive it. Yes it is a BIG SUV and if you want or need one this one is more than a pleasure it is a joy to drive and also to ride in. I constantly get compliments on the ride, comfort and features.

Read many reviews and researched this vehicle and that helped me decide on this vehicle. Traded in a older suburban for this updated Yukon. Look forward to driving it.

I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. I was dreading dropping off my car to be left without throughout the day however meeting those 2 people that morning....brightened my day!

On my 7th one. That should say it all. Quality crafted, full of great features, super smooth ride and plenty of room for up to 8 people plus a ton of gear.

I bought our 2007 Yukon XL Denali in 2018 when it was 11 years old. I bought it with 192,000 miles as a 2nd vehicle, and it now has 242,000 miles and is our primary traveling vehicle. It is by far the best family vehicle I have ever owned. I did some maintenance to it when I first bought it, such as front suspension work and a few other things, but it has been absolutely reliable and has never let us down in thousands of miles of road trips. We have two kids, and often take trips with our in-laws, so all six of us fit in comfort plus the dog. Best of all, when it does need maintenance, everyone and their sister knows how to work on it, and parts are cheap and widely available.
