We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. I went to multiple car dealerships and each time I spoke with a sales person and set the parameters of what I was looking for and my budget, everything I said was disregarded and at one location they quoted a lease payment of $219.00 per month and when I went in to see the vehicle, the price changed to $419.00 per month!! On the verge of giving up and just keeping what I had, I looked one more time on line and saw a vehicle I was interested in. I sent an inquiry in to Mohawk Honda and that's where everything changed!! A saleswoman named Amanda text me and asked a convenient time to call (which I appreciated because I work during the day). We ended up texting and I advised her of my price range and what type of car I was looking for and within an hour she sent me two leads on vehicles and included the warrantee information, the car fax, the service records and photographs! She answered every question honestly and always with my best interest in mind. When I said I was interested in one of the vehicles, she asked me to send photographs of my trade in, along with the registration information. Within one hour, I had a reasonable offer for my trade in and we made an appointment to look at the car the following day. I arrived early and she was ready!! She sat and went over all the information and got the car for me to test drive. I asked about one concern about the vehicle and she immediately said she would have the mechanics look over my concern. The car is beautiful and was everything Amanda described and promised. We went in to do the paperwork and there was no wasting of my time, she helped me transfer insurance, get the pay off on the trade in, went over the new vehicles information and I spent less than two hours to seal the deal. Every other dealership had me there for almost four hours and to be honest, with lots of empty promises. I have NEVER had this great an experience at a car dealership, where it felt like they had MY best interest in mind foremost. I liked that my interaction commenced with Amanda and then I was able to continue to work with her through the closing. She is absolutely down to earth, considerate and quite amazing. I watched the entire team of salespeople interact and they were all so helpful to each other, and genuinely friendly and happy. I never said "I have a Car Dealership" before, but I do consider them my Car Dealership and would start and end every vehicle search with them. How refreshing to have an experience like I had with Mohawk Honda. And for the other Dealerships that were a dissappointment...you could learn alot about how to conduct business by watching them! They are doing it right!!!

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I've only had this truck for a month and a half and have had no issues. The interior is just plain awesome. I really like the multi function tailgate on this truck, it's very handy loading stuff into the box and the step really helps when you want to climb into the bed. I really like the ride height on the new trucks better than the 2015 Denali I traded in to get this one.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Brandon was great! I was buying a car for my oldest son, Inlive in AZ, my son lives in IN, and the car was in Michigan. Brandon was ultra helpful, I requested that he Facetime time me so I could inspect the vehicle inside and out. Then, Inasked that he start the car & drive it for me as well! He didn’t even hesitate at my requests, just service with a smile. Thus all occurred in the late evening just before the dealership closed and Incalled to purchase the vehicle the next morning! Lastly, I needed to ship the vehicle to Indiana and Brandon connected me with Runner Runner Transport. Long story short, the car was delivered to my son within 48 hours, without incident, and HE LOVES THE CAR!!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.
