What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

It's only been 12 days so far, but I'm looking for a specific make, model & year. I've received two useful emails about maintenance and managing buying a used vehicle. The dealership has opened a net among its other dealers and has kept in contact with me. I'm optimistic about my difficult request being fulfilled. This is a huge purchase, and the dealaership has kept in good contact.

Bought this truck for my new work truck. Smaller than my old Silverado but looks like it will be just fine. Gets really good gas mileage with the I4 motor.

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

I spent a lot of time searching for a specific color, make, and model. From start to finish Chris Trombley and everyone else I dealt with at automax to push this deal through were great. I got my Acadia AT4 used. I was attracted it for its rugged look and it is fully loaded. I was downsizing from a Traverse and this one fit the bill. I love all the safety features, the way it drives, and the power from the V6 engine. It also includes Android Auto, which I use all the time. I was able to transfer my OnStar plan to this as well and am totally happy with my purchase!

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

This truck is great if your not trying to haul 10k lbs. For every day use it's great on gas and I fit everything I need in the bed.
