Perfect fit for when I have 6 of my grandchildren with me and storage is great having to transport a baby stroller and my husband Walker and have groceries.
The only problem is we sometimes smell strong odor of gas. But there isn't a recall for it. We taking it in just as soon as we can get my second car running .
Friendly service they don't push you to buy and they show you every car you want to see no problem really would recommend people looking to look here first they try their best to find you a car

I have only owned my 2016 GMC Terrain Denali v6 for two weeks now but I absolutely love it! It has a comfortable ride and plenty of room for 4 adults. It can hold 5 people, but to get three in the back I'd think they would have to be slimmer adults, or kids, to sit comfortably. The middle console is really deep, up to your elbow deep. I'm tall and with the seat back you have to reach for the door controls. I'm constantly letting down the back window by mistake when I'm trying to let down the driver side window. The remote start and heated seats are wonderful on cold days! There is a slight vibration when turning the wheel from park. I took it to a dealership where they told me this is a known issue with the V6 Terrain (the 4 cylinder doesn't have this issue apparently). Other than that, so far so good! It has back up camera, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, collision warning with brake assist and other safety features. My other vehicle is almost 15 years old so it's taking me a while to get used to all this new technology!
This was an awesome car buying experience. I always put off buying a new car because I just hate the entire process - but Amanda in Sales made it an enjoyable, easy, no pressure experience. I would highly recommend anyone needing a new or used car to check out Reganis. This truck isn’t bad and is realiable. I drive my baby around in it and feel safe. It also has a nice exterior. I would recommend this to family and friends.
I originally had a 2015 terrain which was AWD and loved it. After leasing my current 2017 Terrain - which is FWD -I feel the car is tailored for a man. The finger holds on the steering wheel, for example, are sized for a man - my hand just doesn’t grip properly. My next vehicle I would like to find something that rides a little less like a “truck” and the Bluetooth has never worked properly which was used by Gavin as a selling point.
This vehicle from the start had issues. At 2,000 miles the auto stop feature failed and I was stuck in the middle of an intersection. I had to turn the vehicle off and restart it to get the engine to re-engage. Which then I got pulled over from a police officer because I hesitated too long at the intersection. The dealership had it for 1.5 weeks as it needed a new battery and cam shaft cylinoids. The local dealership had been great but GM directly is horrible. It now has radio software issues that I have had it in now twice for it and still isn't working properly. I had a 2017 Acadia before this one that was so unsafe GM ended up buying back from me. I will buy from the dealership again but I will never ever purchase anything from General Motors again.

Overall this truck is fantastic and very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the 6 speed transmission, but you can't get away from that anymore in any truck. The reasoning I'm sure is to get better mileage, but it only really helps on the highway. In town they just seem to shift up too fast so if you need to get on it, there is a bit of delay and it feels cumbersome. Some have 8 or more gears now and I can't even imagine how they respond. I'd prefer to suffer the mileage on the highway to go back or a 4 speed transmission. I love the step in the bumper to get in the back as well as the lighting in the truck bed. Really everything else on this truck is beautiful.
We are CHEVY all the way and have always purchased our vehicles with team Chevrolet gotta say that our sales man Bob Carbajal was an excellent person to work with we cannot say enough about him. THANKS BOB we appreciate all you’ve done.
Beats all other models in it's class.

Hands down, there is no other Full size SUV like the GNC Yukon "Denali", not even Cadillac, let alone chevy low end Tahoe and Suburban. GMC IS, PROFESSIONAL GRADE. Real Leather, Real Wood, not plastic and real metal on the dash. Won't find that in Chevy. Looking forward to my next one.
I’ve had the vehicle for a short while. Thus far it’s smooth sailing except for the Driver’s side seat warmer.
We’ll see how much of pain in the patootskie it is to get it rectified but overall I’m happy with the vehicle.
I’ve received a lot of compliments on it and am proud of the image it portrays for my General Contracting company.

I contacted Fletcher Fry the salesperson I have done business with previously and told him what I was looking for in a newer used vehicle with low miles, he found what I was looking for later that same day , the deal was completed as soon as the vehicle was delivered from another Dealership in Wyoming a few days later, Fletcher even came in on his day off to complete the sale Thanks Fletcher and the entire staff at Team there's no reason to shop anyplace else when buying a new or used vehicle

Has all the room we need with 3 kids in car seats, plus the additional space behind the 3rd row for luggage or cargo. The captain's seats in the 2nd row are heated and allow for 4 adults to ride in comfort in 2 front rows. The cooled front seats are my favorite option as a FL resident!

Wish more attention was given to comfort of cooling and heating rear passenger seating. No rear vents in back at all. This was overlooked during my purchased but became very apparent when I was a back set rider during a hot summer day being transported home from surgery.

Overall I really like it and enjoy it but the little things annoy me terribly. Re: cracks in dash and rear door window motors and a/c relay, when they know something is bad and put it in anyway. I think of the challenger space craft??
We chose Team Auto when shopping for a new Toyota. Immediately we were impressed with their straightforward sales approach and never felt as though they weren’t acting in our best interest. Fletcher was a great sales person who answered our questions and respected us as customers . The rest of the sales team were easy to work with. we are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and look forward to working with the service department when that is required. I don’t know if we will use another dealer ever again.We will be loyal to a dealership who truly cares about its customers.

I love this vehicle! I bought it to take all of my grandkids to Washington, DC this summer and we just don't need it anymore.
I do wish to express my gratitude for how accommodating Audrey was through this process. I have bought many cars, often times from several hundred miles away. I would have to say this was the easiest and most pleasant experience. Speaks very well of Audrey and the dealership when a customer from Rapid City SD contacts you at about 9:00am on a Monday and by 2:00pm Tuesday I have the keys in my hand in Rapid City. I would have to say I have never had a dealership deliver without spending a bunch of time convincing them they should deliver it at least part of the way to Rapid City. The video you made for me showing the van was very helpful. It is in superior condition and should meet our needs nicely. Somehow I was not the least bit concerned about buying the vehicle from Team essentially sight unseen. Again Thank you.

This car is liable Smoot very nice car I love it I wouldn’t selling but I need money otherwise I would’ve really nice but It’s a good family car
I bought the diesel brand new. I could smell antifreeze in the front after a week.
The dealership could not find a problem. After 32000 miles I had a low coolant alarm. After 4 days and some help from the internet the dealer found the leak at the bottom of the radiator.
GM was generous enough to pay about $300 of a $750 bill for a problem that was there from the start. They gave me the illusion they cared and was going to give me more assistance. Nope!
GM vehicles have a problem with the radiators and the connections. I have read many strings at the truck forums regarding coolant issues. The radiator has no cap which causes it to be very hard to "burp" the system when one needs to change out a poorly engineered radiator. The last GM vehicle for me.
It is a great car but I decided I don’t need it no more, the car won’t give you any issues or troubles it is for a good price too.
