Recently my 2025 Activ Equinox kept sending me the message that my AWD was unavailable and needed service. I called Tom Gibbs and got an appointment right away (6/26/25). Alex Page is the advisor I deal with and he took my car for the service. My car was ready in a timely manner. Alex explained what the technician did and so far no more messages. the ECM was reprogrammed. I leased my first 2 Equinox vehicles from Tom Gibbs and purchased the 2025 Equinox. Bill Attwood has been my go-to salesman and he is the best. The Equinox is a dependable vehicle and the 2025 Activ model is fabulous.

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. My 2006 Yukon has 295,000 miles, and hardly used any oil. My biggest expense was the rear main seal, but other than that the usual maintenance repairs that cost less than a single payment on a new vehicle! I love this SUV and will use it to pull a 4,500 lb boat and trailer. My big worry is that if someone hits it, it will be "totalled" too easily!! I think 2006 was the last of that series, and most of the bugs had been worked out.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain
