Staff was excellent, inventory was the reason we chose Daytona Kia, no other dealerships in the area had the model of Kia (AWD) feature we were looking for. Great job, we lost an original document during the process, but it can be replaced, other than that, the experience was great.
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Very attentive staff, they answered all of our questions. The salesmen especially Mr. Joshua were not pushy and continued to work with me to make sure the purchase was to my liking. I would highly recommend this dealership!
Antonio was a great sales person. He handled the deal by phone from out of town and took care of all the changes that needed to be done in the garage before we arrived. The job was done on time and complete. It was a hassel free experience.
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

I am pleasantly surprised at how the car buying process has changed over the years. It's a much less painful process. Sure, it still takes hours, but it feels more like a buyer's market than the high pressure sales tactics of the past. Both sales and finance were friendly and easy to work with. I also like the fact they have Mike the "Tech Guy" go over all the bells and whistles.
Bought my car last week and made an appt with mike to go through everything about the car with me. He is amazing. Took me through every detail and helped me set every up correctly. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!
My Salesperson, Kendra, could not have been more Courteous or Professional!! She is a great asset to the Dealearship!! She answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. I would definitely shop this dealership again and buy from Kendra!!
I went prepared so it made the buying experience much easier. Having said that, Mike Cintron, Francis King and Carlos Otero were friendly and efficient. Mustn’t forget Mike Anglada, I made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. LOL Francis King even helped me to drive one of my tradeins as I drove the other one to Sanford. That was very nice of him!
The sales representative was very good; there was no pressure to buy and gave me the time I needed to decide. The sales manager, of course, was a little pushy, but I felt comfortable shutting him down and worked with my sales rep. The only process was the exhausting amount of time it took for the credit application - not applying or getting approved - that took seconds. Then there was the long process of paperwork. But overall, it was a pretty good experience.
I went to this car dealership after going to another in the area and being misled about the quality of the car I had been researching. I called Headquarter Hyundai and they told me immediately that they had the car I was interested in on the lot and it was ready to drive away. Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and I liked that he drove a Hyundai as well. Trent in financing was also great; he explained all of my options and was very accommodating. I bought a great vehicle and was overall satisfied with my service.
