Was looking for a 2025 GMC Acadia Denali. Went to AutoNation and was met by Caden Noar. He was fantastic! Showed us the Acadia he had on the lot, gave us a test ride and answered all our questions. Not once, did he pressure us to buy but was more interested in answering our questions. After the test drive, we noticed a Buick Enclave Avenir in the lot as we were exiting the dealership. Liked the car looks and went back into the dealership to see if Caden was available to show us the car. We knew nothing about the car. He came out, gave us a test drive, answered our questions and then asked us if we would like to see another feature of the car, so out we went for another drive. Again, no pressure to buy and we parted. Over the weekend, we decided we really loved the car and called Caden on Monday to see if we could discuss the price and terms. Bottom line, we bought the car at the price we wanted. Outstanding service from Caden to the Sales Manager to the Contract/Finance Team!

Bought 10 yrs ago w/ 76kmi ,now has 227k has been absolutely great SUV . Now has rear main seal leak and burning oil so time to retire her but still rides better than most new cars

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I love my car. I love the way it handles, and the confidence I have in it when I’m on the road. The room in it is fantastic. All the room I need for when we travel.

I think it’s equally as important to let people know when you have excellent service I bought a Mercedes C 300 from Bob today and it was absolutely a seamless transaction.... Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I had been to several dealers and none were able to get us a deal we felt comfortable with for a car we liked. But here at Primera Auto it was different. Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Annu Achar worked with me on a purchase of a used Subaru Outback. I am out of state and found the car online. First time pick up truck buyer but has meet all of my expectations. Almost a car like ride, decent mileage for the size and maintenance costs were no greater than a standard size car. Hauling capabilities and 4 wheel drive are a definite plus.

We moved forward with the purchase and were pretty quickly out the door. The car was extremely clean for a 7 year old car, and all the vehicles on the lot looked clean. This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

After any serving of a vehicle taking it through your car wash before returning to customer. This might encourage more customer loyality. Oil change prices are too expensive. The expertise needed to do that job doesn't equalate to charging that amount.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.
