Fortunato was very patient with me as I was not totally sure what used vehicle to purchase. I test drove three vehicles before I settled on the fourth, a 2014 Volvo XC60. The buying process went smoothly and very quickly. A loan was secured promptly so I signed all papers and was on my way. Part of the deal was to have the broken windshield replaced with a new. This process also was handled very smoothly and in a timely manner. My first time doing business with Tipton, new or used vehicle, so I was very pleasantly pleased with the whole experience. Kudos to Fortunato, a great customer service advocate!

I had a good experience getting my vehicle serviced. The staff was friendly and very courteous and since my service was longer than a couple of hours and i had an appointment they offered a loaner vehicle which was greatly appreciated.
Because of top management trying to raise the cost of a used vehicle through hidden fees and then after being called on it, became argumentative with me (customer). The only reason I gave three stars is because of the sales professional Alexis and Finance Hugo, otherwise the ratings would have been a zero! Friendliness again goes to Alexis & Hugo
I bought a pre owned a vehicle from this dealer. The employees were very friendly and attentive and I was able to get my vehicle the same day. Jeff answered any questions I had and made sure the purchase went smoothly. The car is in great shape and is still running well. However, there were some issues I ran into. First and foremost, a big issue I had was communication. Sure everything before the purchase they answered my every need but afterwards it was very difficult to get a hold of someone. My windshield needed to be replaced but every time I would call either the person in charge wasn't available or they needed to transfer me to someone else. Finally got it replaced but there is a small scratch on it which the person said they'd reach out to me to get it replaced again. Have yet to hear from them. Same thing with the financial manager of my purchase. Gave me her personal number but when i reached out to her, no response. I have yet to get a response from her. Overall, my experience was good. Their customer service is really good and it wasn't a tedious process to get my vehicle. One thing I would recommend is to check everything under the hood and ask if you're not familiar. My car was given to me with very little coolant and it started overheating. It was a simple solution but at no point was I told that the car needed to have coolant added. This, in my opinion, is something the dealer should've taken care of prior to the sale. Work on your communication with customers post car purchase and you can definitely be a great dealership. Nonetheless, the car was amazing and the price was very fair.
They give great customer service and they take their time working on my car. They give me information as far as what my car needs and they do anything they can to help me out. I wouldn't pick any other dealership.
Excellent purchase experience. We we treated promptly, professionally and respectfully throughout the whole purchase process. Our salesman Alex was extremely knowledgeable of not only the vehicles but financing and insurance aspects as well. The delivery of the vehicle was picture perfect and much more than expected. We asked for a same day delivery from Alex and he came through on his promise, he and the support staff even stayed late to complete the process including dealing with 2 tired whinny toddlers.
