I was quickly able to check in with a service manager. Since I reserved a loaner vehicle in advance a new i330 sedan was provided with little weight time I was emailed once my vehicle was inspected with my requested repair and the recommended repairs I received pictures of the repairs and their level of emergency. Upon completion of the needed repairs I received a text and a link with pics and listed repairs and pricing. Picking up my vehicle was seamless

Changed Sumer to winter tires. Happy the dealership stores them so I don?t have to carry store or carry the tires to the dealership. It's always a great experience at land rover Annapolis but the only thing is if I have a 8:30am appointment and are told my wait time will be 2 1/2 hours i should not be leaving out of the office at 12:30pm. The wait time is to long. I don't know why that was.. because all I was getting was an oil change tire rotation and a minor inspection
